The following terms and conditions apply to all purchase agreements made at www.thedanishshop.dk

Prices
All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner where nothing else is mentioned.
Prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, however excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.
We reserve the right to make printing errors, tax and currency changes.
Payment
Danish Art & Christmas Shop receives payment with i.a. Visa / Dankort, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on collection. We do not accept Dankort, only Visa / Dankort are accepted for online payment. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
Delivery
Danish Art & Christmas Shop uses PostNord for delivery. Timely delivery presupposes that PostNord complies with their delivery guarantee. If there are delays at PostNord, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. PostNord's quality target for delivery security is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Note, however, that these percentages are average, and can cover large local and time-limited variations. Danish Art & Christmas Shop can not be held responsible for delays at PostNord. In case of very late (several days) or decidedly non-delivery, Danish Art & Christmas Shop will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
For sale abroad, delivered at international rates, which are stated when you go to the checkout.
If an item is sold out and therefore in backorder, you will receive an email informing you of expected delivery. In this connection, we ask you to answer whether you want to wait for the order or cancel it.
Right of complaint
As a customer, you of course have the right to complain about an item , which have defects or deficiencies which were present when the item was sold. The goods are covered by the generally applicable warranty provisions.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price (incl. Postage and handling) will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.

Reservations
Reservations are made for price errors, update errors, system errors, delays, incorrect images and sold out items. If the ordered item has expired, been backordered or completely sold out for a long time, we reserve the right to delete your order. If this happens, you will of course be notified at the e-mail address you provided when ordering.
