Right of complaint
As a customer, you of course have the right to complain about an item that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the item was sold. The goods are covered by the generally applicable warranty provisions.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price (incl. Postage and handling) will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of returning it yourself.
