If there are delays at PostNord, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. PostNord's quality target for delivery security is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Note, however, that these percentages are average, and can cover large local and time-limited variations. Danish Art & Christmas Shop can not be held responsible for delays at PostNord. In case of very late (several days) or decidedly non-delivery, Danish Art & Christmas Shop will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
